Professors Club Pink is one of our most popular Gin releases. Based on our award winning vapour infused Navy Strength Gin recipe but at a lower 42% ABV.

We infuse the Gin with strawberries post distillation to give it a beautiful colour and rich strawberry flavour. The pink label is bold, the Gin is amazing.

Key Botanicals:
Juniper. Coriander. Orris Root. Angelica. Cardamom. Star Anise. Cassia. Cubeb.

Twisted with:
Strawberry

Have to say that this is an amazing blend of flavours. So many gins are juniper heavy and that kills the botanicals. This one really gets the balance right so all the flavours have a chance to talk to the nose and pallet

Slightly medicinal tasting

I found the gin a little medicinal tasting, however I then opted to use lemonade as a mixer rather than tonic and this has helped. I am sure other people will love it and do recommend you try it especially in the warmer weather when we can meet outdoors again.
